CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) ENROLLMENT
1. Original Transcript of Records
Step 1: Accomplish the Student Directory Form at the Admission’s office.
Step 2: Submit the original Transcript of Records.
Step 3: Fill-out the Pre-Registration Form and copy the class schedule.
Step 4: Present the student directory form and permit to enroll at the assessment’s office, then proceed to the cashier for payment.
Step 5: Submit Student directory form, permit to enroll, and receipt at the admission’s office for the issuance of Certificate of Registration (COR) form.
